Key responsibilities

  • Working within our Make up Brand in the Customer Product divisions, your mission will be to orchestrate the launches and to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.
  • You will develop markets and strengthen our position as a leader in the industry. You will do so by making strong action plans and negotiating in order to achieve the Brand objectives.
  • Part of your challenge will be to ensure implementation of the communication strategy to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation by identify strongest influencers and key social networks in order to federate communities around the brand identity.
  • You will work in close relation ahead of all projects with communication, marketing and CRM teams to build the relevant online presence.

Who are you?

  • As an ideal candidate, you have a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communication or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Advocacy and Influence PR-Communication in the Beauty industry.
  • You are a make-up junkie, and you already have experience managing social media as well as influencers.
  • Thoroughly understand ever-evolving social / influencer marketing landscape and build and enhance brand strategies as needed based on industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • In addition, you possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are ambitious, show leadership, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You work well in a team as well as independently.
  • Knowledge of our distribution channels is an asset.
  • You value customer service and have great organizational skills.
  • You master Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are open to travel and are mobile.
