Position Overview
We're seeking a highly versatile Marketing Manager to execute Yeti's marketing strategy. As our first full-time marketing hire, you will be working with contractors and cross-functional teams to drive business growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring both creative vision and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth
- Drive demand generation through multi-channel campaigns and lead nurturing programs
- Manage marketing technology stack, including CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot proficiency preferred)
- Collaborate closely with sales team to optimize lead conversion and revenue growth
Product & Content Marketing
- Assist with go-to-market strategy for new features and product launches
- Oversee content strategy and creation across all channels, working with contractors
- Develop compelling product messaging, case studies, and sales enablement materials
- Build and maintain consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
Industry & Digital Marketing
- Build strategic relationships with industry partners and manage event presence
- Execute targeted campaigns for landscape and snow removal sectors
- Drive digital marketing performance through SEM, social, and search engine optimization
- Support with website management (WordPress)
- Analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and GTM initiatives
- Experience managing marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to service-based businesses
- Knowledge of landscape, lawn care, or snow removal industries
- Experience being first marketing hire at a growing company
- Familiarity with contractor/agency management

IMPORTANT NOTES :
- Must be located in a North American Time Zone area in order to have the ability to collaborate with the team when needed
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English are required
- Full-Time Position (40hrs week – Monday to Friday)
