Your responsibilities will include

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for performing activities associated with quality assurance and tests for the development projects of our software. More specifically, you will:

  • Develop, document and maintain test scenarios.
  • Implement automated test suites
  • Execute test plans and scenarios while ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Document anomalies.
  • Develop, maintain and execute regression test plans.
  • Meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Development team in an agile process.
  • Collaborate in the writing of technical guides.
  • Identify software enhancement opportunities.
  • Participate proactively in the improvement of our quality assurance process.

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or college diploma with equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of concepts and principles associated with quality assurance and ability to apply quality assurance and testing techniques.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS (Linux based OS nice to have).
  • Working knowledge of SQL a definite asset.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesizing skills.
  • Ability to grow in a collaborative and team environment.
  • Great ability to adapt.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Staff Scheduling, Payroll, or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) is a definite asset.
  • Working knowledge of Javascript and test automation tools are an asset.
