Surtout, nous pouvons compléter l’installation en une seule journée, sans compromettre la qualité.

Nous avons des usines de fabrication de pointe à Springfield au Tennessee et à Saint-Eustache, Québec, où nous concevons nos moules de revêtements de baignoire et de recouvrements de douche et nos accessoires faits d’acrylique de première qualité pour les projets de réaménagement de salle de bain


Sommaire du poste

The Manager, technical support and infrastructures is responsible for defining and executing IT operational infrastructure management processes in order to deliver organization-wide IT services reliably, efficiently and effectively. Furthermore, the Manager is also in charge of the IT support team, ensuring all expectations from internal and external clients are met or exceeded on a timely basis.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance;
  • Support the execution of the technology roadmap; balance the desired architectural and project delivery commitments against operational requirements;
  • Document and improve standard operating procedures to reduce risk, improve availability and efficiency;
  • Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, administration and day to day operations of organization-wide IT infrastructure including Servers, Network Equipment, Telephony and VoIP, Databases and Database Servers, Backup and Restore, Software/Firmware patches and updates, ensuring the delivery of highest quality of service while maintaining a secure and up to date computing environment;
  • Work closely with other business units and stakeholders to address all business and customer needs and to meet or exceed expectations as well as end-user requirements;
  • Participate in and/or lead the project planning and scheduling of new technology initiatives and the implementation of such initiatives in production;
  • Accurately scope multiple concurrent project requirements and manage delivery timelines
  • Ensure IT Infrastructure services required by the organization are optimized, available, maintained and can be recovered within required business timelines;
  •   Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, content, and services, in compliance with policy and supporting processes;
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends.
  • Clearly understand business and technology dependencies and work with cross-functional teams to assist in delivering products in a timely manner

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience providing IT support.
  • Experience with network administration, firewalls, VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Cisco router/switches, firewalls.
  • Experience in Agile methodology.
  • Proficient in DevOps Practices
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio.
  • Experience with the Atlassian Suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP softwares in a sales process context.
  • Comprehension of CRM, voice over IP, CTI, ERP and web platform.
