Job Description
NetEase Games Montreal is the brand new division of NetEase Games; a leading game developer and publisher focusing on delivering top quality mobile and online gaming experiences. We’re currently looking for Lead IT Support Specialist to handle setting up network and hardware for our new office, establishing workflow and provide technical support for the team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the general IT support for the studio including installation, troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software related issues;
  • In charge of establish network structure and configurations;
  • Work closely with the IT department at head office to setup internal Office Automation Systems;
  • Serving as primary point of contact for third party application administration including ongoing administration and general system configuration;
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills including the ability to positively interface with vendors and contractors, IT, user management, and peers;
  • Documenting IT departmental third-party solution processes on an ongoing basis;
  • Responsible for the security of the network and manage accounts;
  • Build and lead future IT support team to support the growth of the studio;
  • 5+ years gameplay development experience;
  • Knowledge of personal computer hardware and operating systems; Excellent C/C++ proficiency;
  • Knowledge of common office software and digital content creation software (Preferred);
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure & server hardware/software;
  • Preferred Certificate in Network+, Microsoft, Cisco or CompTIA;
  • Preferred knowledge of web programming language (such as Visual Basic, HTML, PHP, ASP);
  • Experience working independently and as part of a cross-functional technical team;
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills including the ability to positively interface with vendors and contractors, IT, user management, and peers;
  • Good organization skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently while achieving deadlines and effectively communicating project status
