Sommaire du poste

Role 

The Technical Lead takes a key role in the development of cloud-native systems that leverage modern user interface technology, interactivity solutions, data science and machine learning models to power innovative recruitment platforms to enable HR professionals to find and hire the best match for their open positions in a seamless experience 

As a leader and technical contributor, the Technical Lead combines leadership, coaching, software engineering, computer science, programming skills and technology to produce scalable, production-ready and well-documented software artifacts and enables their deployment into the business’ SaaS ecosystem.

Responsibilities 

  • Mentor a team of developers and support them with their day-to-day technical tasks; 
  • Work with the development director to define software development processes and best practices and supervise their day-to-day application; 
  • Coach the team to write and maintain quality code with clear documentation; 
  • Help the development team to deliver software and meet deadlines. 
  • Lead and participate in architecture and design reviews; 
  • Hands-on feature and service development for Recruitment  Platforms including front-end and back-end development; 
  • Create SaaS infrastructure supporting multiple recruitment platforms in-production and in-development; 
  • Integrate data science and machine learning models into the platform; 
  • Develop tools, services and pipelines to support development and data processing workflows; 
  • Debug software defects; 
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies; 
  • Peer-review of code; 
  • Create/maintain automated deployment scripts; 
  • Create/maintain automated tests; 
  • Collaborate with product management, software engineering peers, data scientists and research partners to understand company needs and devise possible solutions; 
  • Keep up-to-date with latest technology trends in order to provide forward-thinking recommendations to the business; 
  • Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers; 
  • Optimize joint development efforts through appropriate database use and system design; 

Required Skills 

  • 7+ years software development experience (full-stack); 
  • Experience to act as a team/technical lead and to mentor software developers; 
  • Fronted development with JavaScript frameworks, dotnet core backend, Python; 
  • Experience creating and maintaining multiple SaaS environments in-dev and in-production; 
  • Experience with microservices, CI/CD, DevOps processes and tools; 
  • Experience with multi-tenant architecture; 
  • Solid software engineering skills; 
  • Good understanding of algorithms and data structures; 
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills; 
  • Experience working with databases; 
  • Experience with version control systems (Git); 
  • Functional in a remote work environment; 
  • Inspiring leader, quick learner, critical thinker, self-motivated, team-player, effective communicator; 
  • Nice to have: Azure certification;
