Job Summary

Radiance is currently in search of a digital campaign manager. We are looking for a passionate and motivated candidate who loves to work in a challenging environment that is evolving constantly. In this fulfilling position, you will be cooperating daily with a welcoming and extremely friendly team.

As a digital campaign manager, you will ensure the success of digital advertising campaigns for several clients. Your position will include the following responsibilities:

  • Identify, understand, and integrate client objectives;
  • Create, write, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns using our ad servers and platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, DBM, etc.) as well as our internal tools;
  • Optimize campaign performances while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery;
  • Ensure that every digital campaign performs according to the client’s expectations and work with our experts, planners, and account managers to succeed in doing so;
  • Achieve the campaigns’ set goals;
  • Create reports to monitor campaign effectiveness and ensure delivery and, using the appropriate tools, communicate your results to our team of account managers;
  • Work in collaboration with account managers and specialists to recommend campaign optimizations based on your thorough understanding of the advertiser’s needs and performance expectations;
  • Manage customer and external supplier relations.

Skills and experience required:

  • More than 2 years of experience managing online campaigns;
  • Being fluent in French and English (proficiency will be validated with a test);
  • Result-oriented with strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to summarize;
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Very good knowledge of the web, as well as a strong understanding of and affinity for new technologies.

Your strengths:

  • Google AdWords and Analytics certifications;
  • Experience with campaign tracking;
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords or Google Analytics.
