Job Summary

Main role :
Reporting to the VP Business Development and working closely with the members of the various teams, the marketing and business development advisor actively participates in the growth and growth of the company. 

Responsibilities and tasks: 
Ensures the radiation of the company:
Participate in the development of the communication plan and ensure its execution;
Participates in the development of the brand image and ensures its respect;
Develops a content calendar for all social platforms;
Keep the website and social networks up-to-date;
Identifies relevant events, negotiates partnerships with organizers, participates in events;
Acts as a resource person for the internal team;
Writes both internal and external communications (news releases, internal presentations, newsletters);
Collaborates on any other event and special issues requiring marketing expertise.
Actively participate in business development and developing service offerings:
Provide a competitive lookout;
Develops and maintains sales tools
Supports service proposals and presentations by coordinating the involvement of internal teams;
Supports digital producers in developing proposals to existing customers.

University degree in Business Administration, 
Communication or Marketing
Bilingualism, both written and oral;
5 years of experience in a similar position;
Good knowledge of communications experience in the desired digital domain
Excellent writing skills in English and French
Mastery of social media
Team player with great facility for interpersonal relationships;
Adaptability and flexibility;
Organizational and priority management skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
Proactivity, autonomy, versatility, initiative and creativity;
Mastery of the Office Suite
