Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officers, the Product Manager will ensure the Scrum role of the Product Owner for a set of applications, creating scopes of works and undertaking the responsibility of the all the aspects of the customer relationship, including managing a consistent and comprehensive information during the project development.
Able to work rigorously in the development and implementation of work methods that meet industry standards, but also to be flexible in their interpersonal relationships, the perfect candidate will be able to coordinate the positioning of the product management department in the relationship between sales representatives and technical teams.
Type of employment
Ensure the receipt of key project information from the seller after the prospect qualification;
Ensure the development of precise and documented specifications, and manage discussions with the prospect ;
Ensure the presentation of the specifications and product requirements to the technical team during the preparation of the estimates for the clients;
Ensure the questions validation, and a good reception of production requirements for the project implementation.
Ensure the scope of work integrity with the client, and the product integrity with the project management team;
Ensure follow-up with the customer during the production cycles, and keeping the client up to date with the production progress as part of a proactive customer relationship;
Receive feedback and organize these requests into a new scope of work;
Ensure the proper delivery of the project in partnership with the Hardware department;
Ensure a smooth and on-time information exchange between the company’s departments throughout the project life cycle;
Be open to performing other job related tasks;
Have a Bachelor's degree in project management, product management, business development, software engineering, or related fields;
PMP and PO certifications is a plus;
Have more than 3 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities;
Experience in SMEs;
Bilingual French and English (spoken and written);
Knowledge of the Google suite;
Knowledge of Atlassian tools is a plus;
High learning capacity;
