Motive, Electronic Arts’ newest AAA studio, is seeking a Community Associate Producer who will help create an engaging and rewarding live service experience for our players. The candidate will have a mix of creative instinct and analytical ability that can help create actionable plans and content strategies that benefit our players, in Star Wars fandom and beyond.
We are currently searching for an Associate Producer to support the quality and community initiatives for the development and live operation of an exciting IP with motive Studios.
What the Community Associate Producer will do at Motive:
Work closely with the Game Director and Sr Brand Manger to establish the quality roadmap and community strategy plans.
Drive the feedback process pre and post launch to prioritize changes needed to improve player experience.
Manage the pre-launch internal and external initiatives to measure and improve overall product quality.
Work closely with the various Development Directors to calculate scope/capacity and plan sprints.
Collaborate with internal partners such as community management, marketing, customer experience, analytics, legal, and QA to ensure project requirements are met.
Work with the Live Development Director, Live Product Manager and Sr Brand Manger to support the Live Service strategy.
Once live, communicate community status and roadmap updates to all the key stakeholders within the company.
Who You Are:
You have a successful track record in supporting the project delivery of AAA game franchises (minimum of 5 years’ experience required). We’re looking for well-rounded innovators who thrive in the dynamic environment that game creation demands. Additionally, you should have:
Proven experience in providing complex project solutions across multiple disciplines
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and constantly changing development environment, being able to deliver on priorities and execute on commitments
Significant experience with agile development methods and tools
Able to enforce structure / process while staying nimble and fostering creativity
Experience managing senior staff across a range of disciplines, including hiring, career development, and dealing with performance issues
Strong oral and written communications with an ability to prepare/present high impact business cases/analyses/recommendations
Able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence at all levels
Possess passion, energy, enthusiasm to drive results; highly action oriented
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience/training
