Job Summary

What you will do:
  • Create and implement promotional and discoverability strategies on diverse digital platforms (including social media) and further grow engagement for communities targeted, on behalf of Turbulent’s clients.  
You are savvy in:
  • Being up to date and even anticipating trends in terms of discoverability strategies for digital platforms, including social media
  • Conceptualizing and bringing up original and diverse promotional content ideas, knowing how to adapt them according to projects
  • Writing, in French as well as in English, and knowing how to find the right tone according to projects/products
  • Using creativity, autonomy, tact and judgement
  • Knowing where you are at in your workload, despite managing several projects simultaneously
  • Collaborating with various project’s stakeholders (producers, clients, creatives, etc.) in a constructive manner and being solution oriented
You have accomplished / possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or other related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media
  • Successful campaigns and a well-rounded portfolio to support your expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook Business Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of Google tools (YouTube, Ads)
  • In-depth knowledge of edition and administration platforms for different social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapshat….)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop), an asset
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
You are eager to:
  • Generate engagement for Turbulent’s clients communities in implementing global discoverability and promotional strategies according to their projects / products
  • Orchestrate operations related to discoverability, social media, purchases (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook…) and referencing
  • Coordinate, produce, write and publish daily content on different social media platforms on behalf of Turbulent’s clients and optimize available promotional content 
  • Establish budgets according to client’s priorities, orchestrate and optimize campaigns as well as their reach
  • Identify and analyze SEO/SEM best practices and implement them according to targeted priorities
  • Identify and guide external collaborators in order to coordonate broader promotional operations around a specific project / product
  • Measure promotional initiatives success in creating statistics reports allowing to gauge, optimize and adjust strategies
  • Carry out a strategic watch related to trends and recommend editorial line and tools
  • Support Turbulent Sales and Marketing team (including HR marketing) for diverse projects
