Lead user research and UX conception projects. Work closely with an expert consultant on structuring the internal UX team, help establish UX best practices within the company’s digital platform production flow and demonstrate a strong interest for product strategy.
At a technical level, you are savvy in:
Solving complex problems creatively
Collecting user requirements
Creating user flows (formal description of user tasks)
Designing prototypes ergonomically, based on cognitive psychology principles
Collaborating closely with designers, producers and developers
At a leadership and communication level, you are savvy in:
Establishing the product design vision
Communicating with stakeholders, in French and English
Sharing your ideas in a constructive manner
Mobilizing a team, mentoring and setting objectives
Defining and optimizing UX processes according to best practices
At least 6 years of experience in a similar position
Worked on major and complex projects
Worked on fast-pace projects
Demonstrated flexibility in the face of fast and frequent project changes
An interest in developing product strategies
