The DevOps Engineering team is responsible for working closely with various business units and stakeholders to solve complex problems using innovative solutions, quickly and effectively using agile, lean and DevOps methodologies, while ensuring infrastructure remains highly available, secure and optimized for speed and cost.
Repporting to DevOps Lead, Production Operations, you will join a growing practice around Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration / Development, and Infrastructure as Code. This is a multi-discipline systems engineering position within our Level 2 Application Support team supporting the continued growth and successes within our various business lines. The main focus will being the Level 2 Support for many of the application in production and helping agile teams ability to deliver reliable and secure technology.
Key Accountabilities :
Be part of a Centre of Excellence in the practice of DevOps and to help spread a culture of innovation driven by experimentation
Off hours support, flexible working hours as required
Identify opportunities to make systems more resilient and efficient using automation
Interact with the Agile Development team and internal customer support teams to find resolution quickly for production incidents
Collaborate regularly with colleagues both inside and outside the application support team
Facilitate CI / CD in infrastructure using DevOps and Agile methodologies
Debug systems and identify issues quickly and effectively by analyzing metrics
Proactively identify problem areas for the team both technically and procedurally and recommend improvements
Identify system resource bottlenecks and work with other teams to test and tune systems for optimal performance
Deliver on various business initiatives by building and supporting innovative solutions using PaaS, IaaS, and traditional on-prem technology stacks
Must Haves :
1 year of hands-on experience Agile methodology
5 years of experience in maintaining and operating mission critical distributed systems
Must be able to develop script / code using Python and Shell from scratch
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, go templating, ArgoCD and Rancher
Knowledge of at least one of the Cloud Providers such as Azure, GCP or AWS
Must be well-versed with Linux OS and Windows
Ability to quickly identify issues and performance bottlenecks by recognizing patterns in data analytics

Job Summary :
Working with the Matte Painting Supervisor, Lead Matte Painting, Production Designer & Art Director to create matte paintings (e.g., 2D / 2.5D / 3D background mattes and projections) for a 3D stereoscopic animated feature film.
Responsibilities :
- Create the 2D / 2.5D / 3D painted (handpainted, 3D or photobash) backgrounds and necessary 3D geometry required to complete any 3D environments, sets, set extensions or scenes on the film, while working with the design, layout, modeling, environment, surfacing, and lighting & compositing departments.
- Create full hand painted and photobashed skies, environments, set extensions, props.
- Create simple and complex setups in 2D, 2.5D and 3D software.
- 3D modeling, unwrapping UVs, surfacing, lighting, rendering, compositing.
- To troubleshoot and use talents to create visually stunning backgrounds which match and marry the film’s style and 3D requirements, using direction given by the Matte Painting Supervisor, Art Director and Production Designer.
- Create documentation about new processes and new methodologies.
- Autonomously learn new processes, software, and new ways to work.
- Easily and effectively communicate ideas, processes and roadblocks to other team members.
Qualifications :
- Degree / diploma in fine arts or animation or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Feature Film, Commercial and/or Video Game production.
- Traditional Drawing / Painting skills are mandatory.

- Strong ability to paint light and mood while matching style keys.

Responsabilités principales :

Reporting to the SVP Technology and Business Transformation, the Head Information Security (CISO) is a critical role in providing strategic leadership and oversight for CMHC's global security posture. This position oversees the protection of the organization’s information assets, physical and virtual infrastructure, and operations against an evolving threat landscape. The incumbent is responsible to develop and implement a security strategy, governance framework, and operational plan that align with CMHC's vision, mission, and values and risk appetite. The Head, Information Security (CISO) also manages security risks, ensures compliance with security standards and regulations, communicates, and promotes a security culture, and fosters strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Stratégie et gouvernance :
- Create, manage and maintain CMHC’s information security strategy and governance framework (including cybersecurity) to be a unified, flexible and risk-based approach aligned with CMHC’s overall business objectives, ensure it continues to evolve and remain compliant with global laws, standards and regulations compliance requirements and in adoption of the cybersecurity framework (ISO) 2700X, ITIL, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework.
- Lead and develop objectives, priorities, operational business plans, policies and standards to reflect industry security leading best practices and oversee the audits and assessments to maintain the standards of CMHC’s security governance.

- Develop and provide regular reporting on the current status of the cybersecurity program to enterprise risk teams, senior business leaders and the board of directors as part of a strategic enterprise risk management program, thus supporting business outcomes.

- Experience with the framework of the financial regulations and guidelines of the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI), the compliance and integration of these standards into the organization’s security and risk management frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience identifying cyber vulnerabilities and devising solutions for risk improvement.
- The knowledge of current trends and best practices in threat risk assessment, vulnerability assessment, redundancy and disaster recovery practices.
- The knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT as well as those from NIST, including 800-53 and Cybersecurity Framework.
- Sound knowledge of business management and a working knowledge of cybersecurity risk management and cybersecurity technologies.

- Promouvoir l’efficacité et la réussite des flux de travail de l’équipe en garantissant l’accès aux ressources, aux outils et aux processus nécessaires, tout en favorisant un environnement qui encourage l’adoption d’opérations optimisées;
- Collaborer avec la Gestionnaire principale des opérations marketing pour mettre en œuvre des processus et des outils interfonctionnels évolutifs qui favorisent l’excellence opérationnelle.
COMPÉTENCES :
- Diplôme universitaire en marketing, en administration des affaires ou dans une discipline connexe;
- Plus de 2 ans d’expérience prouvée en gestion de projet;
- Solides compétences en matière de gestion de projets et capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs projets;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et interpersonnelles, avec une habileté à créer et à maintenir des relations qui mènent à la collaboration;
- Expérience des plateformes logicielles de gestion de projets d’entreprise telles que Jira, Asana ou Monday.com;
- Capacités créatives en matière de résolution de problèmes et sens du détail exceptionnel;
- Habileté à travailler de façon indépendante aussi bien qu’en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
