Responsibilities
- Plan class sessions;
- Deliver sessions in a dynamic, efficient and structured manner;
- Design formative and summative assessments using the competency-based approach;
- Administer and correct assessments;
- Monitor each student and encourage success;
- Be available to students in order to promote their development of the skill targeted by the course;
- All other related tasks.
Requirements
- You must be legally entitled to work in Canada;
- Hold a university certificate or diploma or a college diploma, with an option or concentration in the relevant discipline;
- Teaching or have teaching experience in the discipline for one full semester within the last five (5) years;
- Have practised a trade or profession related to the discipline or course in question for at least two (2) years.
- Mastery :
- Software Analysts (Agile / Scrum, System Modeling and Design Patterns);
- Game Developers (Object-Oriented Programming);
- Game designers (using Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, 3DSMax, Substance Painter / Designer).

À ce poste, vous assurez l'approvisionnement des produits du secteur des jeux de société, de stratégies, jeux de cartes, jeux classiques, jeux de connaissances en plus des casse-têtes pour le département des achats.
Vos responsabilités :
- Assurer l’approvisionnement optimal des produits en fonction des besoins des magasins;
- Négocier des conditions commerciales avec les fournisseurs afin d’atteindre et surpasser les objectifs de l’entreprise;
- Assurer le suivi des ventes et du niveau d’inventaire des produits sous votre responsabilité;
- Analyser la performance des produits & fournisseurs;
- Identifier et saisir les opportunités commerciales;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres secteurs (opérations, marketing, achats, etc.).
Qualifications
- Diplôme d’études collégiales;
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience pertinente (dans le commerce au détail - un atout);
- Connaissance des jeux de société, un atout;
- Bonnes connaissances Excel;
- Capacité d’analyse, minutie, capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique, esprit créatif et habiletés à négocier.

Motive is looking for a Senior Gameplay Animator, with a keen interest and understanding for player locomotion systems, to join the Gameplay team on our Battlefield project.
You would be joining a team of animators who report to the Lead Gameplay Animator.
Responsibilities :
- Be a driver for Single player campaign Enemy AI, squad mates and exotic gameplay moments. You will work closely with 3Cs Designers and Programmers to ensure we will deliver on our quality targets.
- Author high-quality Mocap animations that will set the standard for the team, with a heavy focus on realism and grounded military style.
- Author Keyframe animation where needed to match the visual aesthetics of the project.
- Build out mocap shot lists and assist Animation leadership in preparation for mocap shoots.
- Design and implement systems in-engine to balance animation quality targets and gameplay responsiveness, and see it go all the way through by resolving any technical or aesthetic issues that may arise.
- Provide feedback and inspiration to other animators on the team and promote the animation direction and philosophy across all disciplines.
- Work with technical animators to establish our character rig needs, and push our tools and workflows to the next level, both in 3D animation authoring software and in-engine.
- Promote communication and collaboration with peers across varying disciplines.
- Create and/or support documentation of best practices and knowledge often.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years animation experience
- Credits on at least two AAA titles where you played a significant role in the creation of player locomotion systems.
- Proficient in all relevant software such as Maya and Motionbuilder.
- Experience working and iterating on gameplay systems in-engine.
- Strong problem solving skills, both technical and cross-discipline.
- A demo reel that showcases examples of high-quality keyframe animation and motion capture.
- Experience directing mocap talent a plus.
- Motion Matching experience also a plus.
