We are currently seeking a ServiceNow developer for one of our clients to support them on ongoing initiatives.

JOB OBJECTIVES

• Develop and maintain web and / or mobile applications for organization.
• Work closely with multiple squads (agile mode) and professionals from different business sectors.
• Ensure the development of applications aligns with the organization's objectives and meets customer needs.
• Monitor application performance and ensure they remain operational.
• Improve the overall application development process, constantly seeking new ways to evolve applications.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop applications and / or enhancements that address specific business needs.
• Find solutions in case of security breaches and / or incidents that may affect the functionality of our applications.
• Perform regular security and performance checks.
• Keep abreast of technological trends to make software as innovative as possible.
• Develop business solutions to stay constantly aligned with market best practices.
• Follow the applications' lifecycle.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in software development.
• Ability to program in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript or Python, among others).
• Comprehensive understanding of key programming principles, including application design.
• Understanding and ability to work in a project context (AGILE).
• Ability to work in a large organization.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent time management.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Jira (desirable).
• Excellent communication skills.

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un développeur ServiceNow pour un de nos clients afin de les accompagner sur des initiatives en cours.

OBJECTIFS DU POSTE

• Développer et gérer la maintenance d’applications web et / ou mobiles pour notre organisation.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec de nombreuses escouades (mode agile) et professionnels de différents secteurs d'affaires.
• Assurer le développement d'applications qui correspondent bien aux objectifs de l’organisation ainsi qu’aux besoins de la clientèle.
• Assurer une vigie de performance des applications et veiller à ce qu’elles soient toujours opérationnelles.
• Améliorer le processus général de développement d’applications, rechercher constamment de nouvelles pistes pour faire évoluer les applications.

RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS

• Développer des applications et / ou améliorations qui correspondent à des besoins spécifiques d'affaires.
• Trouver des solutions en cas de faille de sécurité et / ou d'incidents, pouvant entraver les fonctionnalités de nos applications.
• Procéder à des contrôles réguliers de sécurité et de performance.
• Suivre les tendances technologiques pour rendre les logiciels aussi innovants que possible.
• Assurer le développement de solutions d'affaires pour être constamment dans les meilleures pratiques du marché.
• Suivre le cycle de vie des applications.

EXIGENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

• Expérience confirmée dans le développement informatique
• Capacité à programmer dans au moins un langage de programmation (p. ex. JavaScript ou Python, autre)
• Compréhension exhaustive des principes clés de la programmation, notamment de la conception d’application
• Compréhension et habileté à travailler en contexte de projet (AGILE)
• Habileté à travailler dans une grande organisation
• Bon esprit critique et analytique
• Grand souci du détail
• Excellente gestion du temps
• Maîtrise de logiciels de gestion de projet, tel que Jira (souhaitable)
• Excellentes compétences en communication
