Do you have what we're looking for?

AEC, DEC, or similar relevant experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Outstanding customer approach : excellent listener, patient, communicates clearly.

Methodical problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.

Reliable, rigorous, and good team player.

Ability to communicate clearly in French and English, both spoken and written.

At ease in a dynamic environment, flexible with task and schedule changes, ability to physically go to other sites when needed.

Here’s a typical day :

Resolve hardware and software issues promptly.

Manage user accounts and access permissions.

Follow-up requests assiduously, communicate status to the user on a regular basis, document and close requests.

Search for and apply solutions using available search tools.

Create and update solutions in the knowledge base.

Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Take part in alternating telephone call schedules. Ability to manage and prioritize requests. Stay alert and report critical situations.

Here are some of the systems used : Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune, Epicor Prophet 21, Workday, EDI, Moneris, Service Desk Plus, LogmeIn Rescue, Telus Business Connect and Contact Center, Zoho Site 24x7.
