Principales responsabilités :

• Contribuer à l'évaluation technique des besoins d'affaire exprimés par les stakeholders internes des différents départements d'OPAL-RT et ses filiales, collaborer avec l'analyste d'affaires pour proposer des solutions;
• Coordonner la maintenance et l'évolution des applications d'entreprise avec les partenaires externes;
• Maintenance et évolution des intégrations entre les applications d'entreprise;
• Participer à l'élaboration de l'entrepôt de données;
• Contribuer au soutien et à la formation des employés sur les applications déployées;
• mise en place de bonnes pratiques, formations aux employés;
• renforcement de la sécurité (gestion des comptes dans les différents outils, permissions);
• améliorer la gestion des données : gestion de l'archivage, taxonomie.

Connaissances requises :

• Scolarité : Baccalauréat en informatique ou équivalent;
• Expérience : 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente;
• Connaissances requises : Scripts (Powershell, Pode, python) APIs (REST), Postman, SQL (TransactSQL), Microsoft Azure;
• Atouts : SmartConnect, Office , Sharepoint, Dynamics (CRM), Dynamics NAV / Business Central, Jira / Confluence, PowerBI, C# (.
• Net), Visual Studio, DevOps, Source control (Gitlab), méthode Agile;
• Connaissances linguistiques : Français obligatoire - des cours seront offerts si nécessaire pour faciliter l'intégration.

La connaissance de l'anglais est requise pour la lecture de littérature technique disponible uniquement en anglais et la communications avec des partenaires anglophones

Compétences : Rigueur, souci du détail, facilité à communiquer à l'écrit et à l'oral.

Main responsibilities :

• Contribute to the technical evaluation of business needs expressed by internal stakeholders from the various departments of OPAL-RT and its subsidiaries, collaborating with the business analyst to propose solutions;
• Coordinate the maintenance and evolution of enterprise applications with external partners;
• Maintain and evolve integrations between enterprise applications;
• Participate in the development of the data warehouse;
• Contribute to employee support and training on deployed applications;
• Implement best practices, employee training;
• Strengthen security (account management in various tools, permissions);
• Improve data management : archive management, taxonomy.

Required knowledge :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent;
• Experience : 5 to 7 years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge required : Scripts (Powershell, Pode, python, etc.), APIs (REST), Postman, SQL (TransactSQL), Microsoft Azure;
• Assets : SmartConnect, Office , Sharepoint, Dynamics (CRM), Dynamics NAV / Business Central, Jira / Confluence, PowerBI, C# (.
• Net), Visual Studio, DevOps, Source control (Gitlab), Agile method;
• Language skills : French mandatory - courses will be offered if necessary to facilitate integration. Knowledge of English is required for reading technical literature available only in English, and for communicating with English-speaking partners.
• Skills : Thoroughness, attention to detail, good written and oral communication skills.
