As a Collibra Implementation Advisor, you will report directly to the Chief Data Officer (CDO) and play a pivotal role in our data governance strategy.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading the implementation of Collibra Data Governance solutions across the organization, ensuring that the platform is configured and customized to meet our specific needs.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, providing expert advice on best practices for data governance and Collibra implementation.

Responsibilities
- Participate in overseeing the implementation of Collibra Data Management solutions across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Collibra to meet the specific needs of the organization, including setting up workflows, data models, and integrations.
- Provide advice on best practices to accelerate Collibra implementation.
- Act as a resource during training sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption of Collibra by business users.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Collibra implementation and data management processes.
- Monitor and report on the progress of Collibra implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications
- University degree in relevant field
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in implementing Collibra.
- Strong understanding of financial business language and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Know how to prioritize and develop privileged contact with stakeholders.
- Expertise in change management and the ability to lead organizational change initiatives.

- Leadership, autonomy, organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English*
- Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matters with internal and external parties in both languages.
