The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated & driven project manager. The selected individual would possess characteristics such as : You will manage a number of projects at a time to meet objectives, whilst being an important point of contact for clients throughout the life of the project.You will work on a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research projects.Work collaboratively internally and externally to ensure any issues that arise are dealt with in a timely manner.You will provide monthly reports to the field work manager on the progress of projects.Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign themA strong appreciation of market research and its values related to health care.Understanding of client -side issues and ability to resolve these empathetically.Self-motivated and able to work independently.to work multi-task under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Day to Day TasksYou will of course have general day to day tasks, but your main job tasks are as follows : Ensure costs stay in line and communicating with clients if this changes.Communication with your client / team / line managerEffectively set and delegate work for the assistant project managers, whilst keeping an oversight of the project.Direct and oversee completion of projectDevelop plan of action including schedule, resources and work planAssess risks and establish contingency plans with successful outcomesManage work and inputs from variety of stakeholdersManage confidential data safely for audit purposesQualificationsA minimum of 2 years experience working in project management / market researchStrong business acumen in project planning and managementStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsA minimum understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industriesExperience working with a team
