Job Description
Join our team as an Events Coordinator, a pivotal role driving the success of our marketing strategy and brand growth. You’ll travel extensively, overseeing the planning and execution of key events, ensuring every detail is handled flawlessly. Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the promotional and educational event strategies, tactical plans and related projects from beginning to end;
- Support the planning and monitoring of budgets and manage timelines;
- Source and select suppliers / services, negotiate agreements and manage costs;
- Collaborate frequently with all affected departments and experts (campaign managers, content creators, social media managers, marketing automation experts, project coordinators, etc.) and external resources (freelancers and agencies);
- Constant project progression follow ups to mitigate risk, predict and avoid bottlenecks;
- Mitigate risks and anticipate potential issues, implementing contingency plans as needed;
- Champion administrative tasks (constant communication with project stakeholders, payment schedules, BEO, travel bookings, etc);
- Provide onsite event execution of in-person events. in Canada and the USA;
- Conduct post-event analysis, evaluating performance against key metrics and objectives.
