Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with one or more of the following products :   SCCM,  MECM and OR Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, or 3rd party Mobile Device and / or Application Management (MDM / MAM) technologies.

Knowledge in application packaging, SCCM, Windows 10 updates, MEM configuration & task sequence is good to have

Preferred Qualification :

Experience articulating to customers why the cloud and Windows 10, Office 365, and EM+S is an added advantage

Should help customers to deploy, configure and adopt the Microsoft Edge with Chromium browser, using Microsoft Endpoint Manager for deployment and configuration.

Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows Update for Business (WUfB).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Analyze the existing landscape and design Windows Evergreen and Image Management in customer environment.

Capable to bring innovations, process improvements that improves overall efficiencies.

Submit weekly reports and participate in status meetings / project governance calls.

Monitor the rollouts and serve as primary point of contact for any issues or escalations

Enterprise level work experience is mandatory. Perhaps at a minimum would be 5,000 – 10,000 devices and 3+ years experience at the enterprise level.

SCCM workstation endpoint deployments – Server side; configuration or SCCM infrastructure experience is inconsequential to the client for this role.

Related to this point, the client will query the applicant about performing software release to laptops because of the additional complexity to deploy to these devices.
