I'm currently looking for an IT support technician for one of our customers. This is a permanent, hybrid position. Salary varies according to experience (maximum $60,000).Your tasks will be :

  • Manage day-to-day IT-related problems.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve daily incidents, ensuring fast and efficient handling.
  • Offer proactive technical support, providing rapid and appropriate solutions to end-user problems.
  • Escalate unresolved incidents to the next level of support, ensuring effective follow-up.
  • Accompany new employees during their integration process, to ensure rapid familiarization with tools and procedures.
  • Document solutions to recurring problems and keep existing knowledge databases up to date.
  • Carry out change requests outside normal working hours (updates, server reboots, maintenance, etc.).
  • Diploma in computer science, user support
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of Windows operating systems, computers, servers, networks, mobile devices and other technology products.
  • Experience with Active-Directory and Windows 10.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual English / French (written and spoken, some company employees are English speakers).
