We are a consumer-packaged goods company located in the heart of downtown Montreal, that manufactures, develops, designs and markets consumer products under license for a major American national brand. We are currently seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator who is hands-on and committed with a “can do” attitude. You will play a key support role in the supply chain process.
Reporting to the Operations and Supply Chain Manager, this position requires candidates to work with domestic customers and overseas vendors.
Roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to :
Sales and Account Coordination :
- Manage the key accounts in US and Canadian through effective planning and maintaining strong relationships.
- Support the sales team and business unit in assembling responses to RFQs, reviewing / renewing contracts, and other forms of written sales submissions.
- Analyze sales projections, sell-through and inventory level to assess purchasing needs.
- Responsible on item setup and maintenance in ERP system and customer’s portal
