We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Konica Minolta production digital presses and be ready to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.

Position Summary :

The Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Konica Minolta production digital presses. The role requires strong technical knowledge of digital printing equipment, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Install and configure Konica Minolta production digital presses at customer sites.

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of digital presses to ensure optimal performance.

Provide technical support and training to clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance.

Analyze and diagnose technical issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.

Manage inventory and ensure that necessary parts and supplies are on hand.

Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all service activities.

Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience with Konica Minolta production digital presses (e.g., AccurioPress series, C4080, C6100, or similar).

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude with a deep understanding of digital press systems.

Technical certification in digital printing equipment, or equivalent experience.

Experience with color management, print workflow, and production printing environments.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to customer locations.

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in a service or technical support role for Konica Minolta products.

Additional certifications in printing technologies or related fields.

Knowledge of network connectivity and software integration related to digital presses.
