We are looking for a talented UI / UX Designer to join our team and craft exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, technical proficiency, and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
Create design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Design intuitive user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets.
Build navigation buttons and search fields.
Develop and present UI mockups and prototypes to internal teams and product managers.
Troubleshoot UX problems, including responsiveness.
Adjust layouts based on user feedback.
Ensure adherence to style standards for fonts, colors, icons, and images.

Profile Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience : 2-5 years of proven work experience as a UI / UX Designer or a similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Skilled in wireframing and prototyping.

Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.

Effective time-management skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Good communication skills in French and English.

Assets :

Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

Familiarity with conducting user research and usability testing.

Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development processes.

Experience with certification standards (e.g., UL / ULc, EN54).
