Responsibilities

Provide L1 / L2 technical support for observability and production platforms to ensure continuous and optimal operation.
Set up, configure, and manage observability tools such as Dynatrace.
Develop and implement automation scripts to optimize recurring processes and enhance platform reliability using Python .
Collaborate closely with infrastructure and development teams to ensure smooth deployments and minimize downtime.
Analyze incidents and troubleshoot production issues to deliver quick, sustainable solutions.
Contribute to performance improvements by identifying areas for optimization and proposing effective solutions.
Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation for tools, processes, and platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 5 years of experience in observability, automation, or production support roles.

Strong proficiency in Linux / Unix systems administration .

Advanced scripting skills with Python.

Hands-on experience with observability tools like Dynatrace.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins , Bitbucket , Ansible , or ArgoCD .

Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes as well as network fundamentals and cloud platforms .

Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and a team-oriented mindset.

Strong communication skills in English and French .

Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL practices is a plus.
