As a Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for driving the artistic vision for a AAA project, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with the project and our partners goals. You will lead the vision and supervise our internal artistic teams. You'll work closely with the creative director, the group of directors and production to shape visual aesthetics, from concept art to in-build final assets. You will also be involved in game pitches and in the elaboration of the artistic vision to illustrate these concepts. In this role you will :
- Lead the artistic direction for game projects, from concept through to final execution.
- Collaborate with creative teams and clients to ensure alignment with the project’s artistic vision.
- Guide and mentor a diverse team of artists, animators, and designers.
- Lead the process of defining objectives, standards, processes and feedback mechanisms.
- Approve and participate in the creation of visual elements, define quality standards, content structure and optimization.
