Salary : Up to $250,000 CAD + performance-based bonuses

What You'll Do :

Design, develop, and optimize mission-critical applications and systems in Rust
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into robust solutions
Leverage Rust's unique features to build blazing-fast, memory-safe, and concurrent applications
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment automation
Stay up-to-date with the latest Rust ecosystem advancements and contribute to open-source projects
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What You'll Bring :

3+ years of hands-on experience with Rust and its ecosystem (Cargo, crates, etc.)

Expertise in systems programming, concurrency models, and low-level programming

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization techniques

Experience with containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.), and CI / CD pipelines

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Nice to Have :

Familiarity with other systems programming languages (C, C++, Go, etc.)

Experience with financial applications, trading systems, or fintech domain

Contributions to open-source Rust projects or technical blogs / publications
