We are looking for a Product and Process Analysis Analyst to join our team dedicated to personal banking services. The holder of this position will report to the Assistant Vice President of Products and Processes, and this role will involve conducting detailed analysis of financial products, coordinating campaigns, producing dashboards, and participating in various product and process optimization projects. The analyst will be responsible for providing support to internal teams and ensuring regular updates of tracking tools, while contributing to the management of processes related to financial products for individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to various BAU needs (B2B CPG+ HIIA / HISA) and ensure constant monitoring of relevant economic and financial indicators.
  • Produce monthly multi-product dashboards and ensure continuous updates for better performance visibility.
  • Update project and product dashboards, identify and raise potential issues.
  • Coordinate and monitor financial product campaigns, track results, and propose improvement actions.
  • Manage the multi-product campaign calendar and ensure their proper execution within defined deadlines.
  • Validate product web pages, product sheets, and guides (My Money Guide), ensuring changes are tracked and comply with institutional standards.
  • Produce regular product analysis reports, including reconciliation reports and summaries of monthly, quarterly, and annual performances.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of financial products based on the institution's specific needs and stakeholder requests.
  • Adopt a holistic approach when analyzing and designing new processes to ensure alignment with the Bank's strategic plans.
  • Participate in small-scale projects related to product and process optimization.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Appropriate university education OR College diploma and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingualism
  • French and English)
  • Experience in the branch distribution network is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to identify impacts on customers and advisory strength
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills, effective priority management, and attention to detail
  • Judgment, analysis, decision-making, and data synthesis skills
  • Previous experience in financial product analysis and process management
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and dashboard creation (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Knowledge of financial products for individuals and their functioning is an asset
  • Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matters with internal and external parties in both languages.
