Your role :
- Support wealth management advisors in improving their practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Design and deliver tailored coaching programs focused on client management, practice management, and business development.
- Inspire and influence professionals through dynamic training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
- Identify personalized strategies to address the unique realities of advisors.
- Participate in the development and tracking of performance indicators related to coaching and training.
- Stay abreast of best business practices and incorporate them into development initiatives.

The Business Best Practices team within National Bank Financial – Wealth Management comprises passionate experts dedicated to supporting advisors in their growth. You’ll be part of an agile, collaborative team reporting to the Vice-President, Development and Client Experience. The team environment emphasizes mutual support and a commitment to excellence.
