Your ideas and strategies will have a direct impact on the success of our marketing, making a tangible difference in a dynamic and large-scale organization.This position is hybrid and located in Boucherville, Quebec, CanadaYour role :
- Campaign Management : Execute and manage media buys through Google Ads,Microsoft Bing, and Search Ads 360 (SA360) for various campaign types, including Text Ads, Performance Max (PMAX), and Demand Gen campaigns.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights that drive improvements in Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Reporting Support : Support the team in generating detailed performance reports, ensuring that key insights are readily available to inform data-driven campaign adjustments and strategic decisions.
- Budget Optimization : Optimize budget allocations across campaigns and facilitate day-to-day execution of campaign optimizations to enhance overall performance.
- Asset Implementation : Assist in implementing updates for campaign assets, including enhancements related to PMAX to ensure up-to-date and effective advertising.
- Product Feed Management : Support the team in feed enhancements and leverage Google Merchant Center (GMC) for actionable product insights and optimization opportunities.
- Testing and Experimentation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement testing initiatives aimed at identifying performance enhancements and driving efficiencies.
- Industry Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of SEM trends, best practices, and platform updates to optimize campaign strategies and stay ahead of the competitive landscape.What we're looking for :
- 2+ years minimum experience in search engine marketing, with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads.
- Familiarity with PMAX and Demand Gen campaign types.
- Proficiency in using SEM tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics 4, SA360).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
