What you'll do

As the Director of Product specializing in E-commerce Growth, you’ll shape the strategic direction of Glowtify’s platform, ensuring it addresses customer needs and stays ahead in the competitive SaaS market. Your role will encompass product strategy, team leadership, and close collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams. You will develop features designed for online merchants that help businesses grow quickly.

Product Strategy and Development

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with company goals and customer needs.
• Lead the discovery process to identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather insights, ensuring the platform evolves to meet their marketing goals effectively.
• Oversee the planning and execution of platform enhancements, including features for SEO audits, email marketing, social media automation, and content creation.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary product team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful product updates on time and within budget.
• Align internal teams around the product vision and ensure seamless communication across departments.

Customer Success and Relationship Management

• Act as the voice of the customer, prioritizing features and updates that deliver tangible results for e-commerce businesses.
• Work with the customer success team to ensure high satisfaction rates and identify opportunities for product-driven improvements.
• Regularly engage with clients to present product roadmaps, gather feedback, and demonstrate the value of platform enhancements.

Data-Driven Decision-Making

• Analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and customer feedback to guide decisions and measure success.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve platform adoption and engagement through data-driven insights.

Innovation and Market Leadership

• Stay ahead of industry trends in SaaS, e-commerce, and AI-powered tools, ensuring Glowtify maintains its competitive edge.
• Advocate for and implement AI-driven features that enhance the platform’s marketing automation capabilities.
• Represent Glowtify in thought leadership opportunities, including conferences and industry events.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced and customer-centric product leader with a passion for innovation and e-commerce success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS or marketing technology platforms.
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful products or features.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and practices, including Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
• Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools.

• Experience working with AI-driven platforms or features.
