We are a consumer-packaged goods company located in the heart of downtown Montreal. We are seeking a Full-time Customer Service Representative to support the customer service team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customers to provide them with recommendations to agents, delivering the best-in-class customer service to the end user and providing support to implement best practice processes to ensure state of the art service.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English & French)
  • Prior experience using Zendesk, an asset.
  • Pays close attention to details.
  • Ensures call wait time stays within corporate limits, advises management of any potential issues.
  • Able to implement process.
  • Friendly, courteous and enjoy dealing with people.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Experience working with consumer goods industry with large retailers.

The work week is Monday through Friday, from 8:30-17:00 pm. We offer summer and winter hours when we finish earlier on Fridays.
