Poste

Je suis à la recherche, pour un de nos clients, situé à Boucherville, d'un analyste d'affaires TI. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent, en mode hybride. Le salaire proposé varie en fonction de l'expérience (75 000 à 95 000 $).

Vos missions seront :

• Ensure continuous optimization of software applications and platforms used by the organization.
• Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders and suppliers of IT solutions.
• Manage IT development projects, ensuring that they run smoothly.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's business processes and ERP system.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications for system development and customization.
• Participate in the analysis of costs, benefits and organizational impacts, and contribute to the implementation of necessary changes.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Participate in the documentation, analysis and mapping of business processes.
• Contribute to the definition, coordination and execution of test scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or engineering (or equivalent).
• 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst.
• Knowledge of ERP (Epicor), Jira (asset).
• Good knowledge of agile environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Oral and written bilingualism in French and English (one of the company's entities is located in Ontario).
