Role overview

We are seeking a talented and organized Lead Graphic Designer to oversee the planning, development, and execution of creative projects. This role will manage a team of two—a Videographer and a Graphic Designer—and collaborate closely with the Visual and Branding Manager to ensure that all projects align with the brand's vision and timelines. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and have a knack for delivering outstanding digital artwork while keeping projects on track, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of two creative professionals (Videographer and Graphic Designer), providing guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Creative Development : Conceptualize and produce high-quality digital artwork that aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.
  • Project Coordination : Develop and manage detailed project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of creative assets for campaigns, social media, product launches, and more.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the Visual and Branding Manager, marketing team, and external partners to ensure alignment across all creative projects.
  • Quality Control : Review and approve creative assets to maintain brand consistency and excellence.
  • Resource Allocation : Optimize team resources to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
  • Process Improvement : Continuously refine workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Qualifications

Experience : 3+ years in a similar role

  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Project Management : Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and best practices.
  • Creative Expertise : A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional digital artwork and creative vision.
  • Leadership : Proven experience managing and inspiring creative teams.
  • Organization : Impeccable attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
