Bilingual Web Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Bilingual Web Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of our online marketing strategies. You will play a critical part in improving the company’s web presence, driving traffic, and enhancing conversion rates across various digital channels. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of web marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring the delivery of measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize web marketing strategies to drive site traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase revenue.
  • Oversee content management and digital campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Analyze and report on key metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Provide actionable insights to improve web performance.
  • Lead website updates, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives, brand guidelines, and user experience best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design, development, and content teams to ensure a seamless online experience for users.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, creative development, and performance tracking.
  • Stay updated on the latest web marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure we’re leveraging the most effective tactics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization strategies to continuously improve the effectiveness of web marketing initiatives.
  • Manage budgets for web-related marketing activities and ensure that campaigns are executed within the allocated budget.
  • Ensure compliance with web accessibility and legal standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in web marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent understanding of web analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design best practices is a plus.
  • Experience in UX/UI optimization and A/B testing.
