The Translation Coordinator is responsible for translation administration and workflow management, including coordinating, and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Comment vous allez créer un impact :
- Review requests submitted through the online translation management system by business partners across the group of companies to understand their needs and ensure all information required for the translation process is included; follow-up as needed.
- Prepare and analyze projects for translation in the appropriate translation memory, which reduces costs while increasing efficiency and consistency.
- Occasionally, assign requests to internal or external translators as per guidelines in place (area of expertise, availability, urgency, confidentiality, timeline, relevant process, etc.).
- Review external vendors invoices and input data in the system for payment.
- Maintain positive relationships with business partners and respond quickly to their inquiries through appropriate channels (Translate inbox, Teams, email, etc.).
- Complete any additional administrative tasks (server clean-up, glossary update, etc.)

Pour rejoindre notre équipe :
- Experience in a technical coordinator or project specialist role in a corporate environment, preferably in translation or a related field.
- A college diploma
- Proficiency in both English and French is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority anglophone and francophone clients, groups, and teams. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.
- Excellent client service abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent computer skills and superior knowledge of standard office computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat), Internet and Web applications.
- Experience with translation support software and resources including Trados, Termium, GDT, Broca, MultiTerm.
