As a Director in the Data Destruction Governance Platform IT Delivery team at National Bank, you will put your leadership and skills at the service of a major and innovative initiative. With your leadership skills, experience in delivery management and knowledge of IT practices, you have a positive impact on the business sectors.
Your role
- Actively participate in the platform's initiatives, projects and upgrades as well as its multi-year integration plan
- Coach / assist / coach employees in their career path
- Create application upgrade programs to comply with technology requirements, standards and thus impact business progress
- Assist in planning and guiding the design, development, integration, implementation and maintenance of the IT system, and supervise / manage the execution of these activities in accordance with the budget and acceptable deadlines
- Provide the team with the benefit of your technical experience by challenging architecture, design, testing strategy, delivery, etc.
- Assist the Application Portfolio Manager in developing an annual program for initiatives, projects, and maintenance.

This position reports to the Senior Director, IT Delivery sector, supporting a set of ecosystems including the Data Destruction Governance Platform.

Prerequisites
- Experience managing technical, multidisciplinary and agile teams
- Strong experience in human resources and project management
- Experience in managing the IT asset portfolio lifecycle, availability, operational support, and associated budgets
- Strong, influential and unifying leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple partners at the same time
- Commitment to managing change and helping your teams and colleagues embrace change.
