The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will drive our growth by generating new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to identify and execute demand-generation opportunities.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and refine call scripts and emails for campaigns.
- Conduct cold and warm outreach to support campaigns, events, and client engagement.
- Manage email and content campaigns to complement calling efforts.
- Track and document activity in LIDD’s CRM in partnership with sales enablement.
- Analyze campaign results, providing feedback to marketing and leadership on successes and areas for improvement.
- Represent LIDD’s brand with integrity, professionalism, and kindness.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
To Qualify
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in professional services.
- Proven success in cold outreach rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
- Ability to make 60+ calls daily while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Experience with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, or RocketReach.
- Basic CRM proficiency.
- Bilingual (French & English) with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Must be present 5 days a week in our Old Port Montreal office location.
