Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator

Reports to : Marketing Manager

Location : Montreal

Overview

With over 30 years of experience in the outdoor industry, In-Sport Fashions has played a key role in growing some of the most recognizable brands in Canada. Today, we continue to drive success for leading outdoor and lifestyle brands, including Allbirds, Eagle Creek, Helinox, and many more.

We are seeking a driven and creative individual to join our Marketing Team as a Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator. In this role, you will focus on growing and engaging audiences across multiple brands, fostering partnerships with content creators, and maintaining brand presence on social media.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute strategic social media plans to increase engagement and brand awareness across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Plan and schedule posts, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyzing insights to optimize content strategy.
  • Respond to comments and messages in both French and English to build community and engagement.
  • Serve as the point of contact for retail accounts and their social media teams, providing them with brand-approved content when required.

Partnerships & Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate partnerships, ensuring deliverables (e.g., posts, videos, stories) align with brand goals and timelines.
  • Manage product seeding strategies to maximize exposure across different brand campaigns.
  • Track and report on partnership effectiveness, using data to inform future collaborations.

Content Coordination

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure timely and high-quality asset delivery.
  • Collect and organize assets from brand managers to ensure cohesive execution of social strategies.
  • Collaborate with ambassadors and partners to generate unique and engaging content, including photos, videos, and written stories.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or public relations (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Bilingual (English & French) with strong writing and communication skills.
  • Experience in social media management (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creativity in content creation and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics for optimization.
  • Experience working with Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation tools (a plus).
  • Passion for outdoor and lifestyle brands (preferred).
