Ludia is currently looking for a talented Senior Product Manager. The Senior Product Manager is the owner of multiple features and areas of a game. As a key member of our product team, you'll be instrumental in shaping engaging player experiences and pushing the boundaries of mobile gaming in one of our top games.

The Senior Product Manager is expected to be intimately familiar with best-in-class product and design philosophies, and able to lead by example “in the trenches” driving and communicating a clear vision in a highly collaborative environment. A successful Senior Product Manager will rally and motivate a team of artists, engineers, designers and analysts around the delivery and improvements of impactful experiences.

Responsabilités

• Drive strategy for core game features from initial concept through comprehensive development and post-launch optimization
• Translate high-level strategic vision into detailed, actionable product specifications
• Develop comprehensive feature documentation that guides cross-functional team collaboration
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and innovative gameplay opportunities
• Collaborate seamlessly with design, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver exceptional player experiences
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions
• Manage feature prioritization with a keen eye on ROI, feasibility, and strategic alignment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in free-to-play mobile game development
• Proven track record of successfully delivering and optimizing new features and mechanics
• Possesses analytical capabilities with intermediate statistical analysis skills and root cause analysis
• Exceptional communication abilities in both written and verbal formats
• Proficiency in translating complex product concepts into clear, actionable roadmaps and goals
• Deep understanding of player motivation and engagement strategies
• Comfort with agile development methodologies

Atouts

• Experience with SQL and advanced data querying
• Background in mid-core mobile gaming genre
• Knowledge of the Jurassic World universe.
