How being a BDR at EC Solutions will contribute to our growth?
As a BDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the growth of EC Solutions. It’s like bringing water to the mill or oxygen to the heart.. it’s an essential an important role in the very aggressive growth plan of EC Solutions… We know it’s a great challenge and that is why you have to be highly motivated, dynamic and you must have a drive to reach success and decision makers! As a self-starter you will identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
How you will do it?
Due to the frequent customer contact required of a Business Development Representative, you must have excellent communication skills :
- Perform outbound cold-calling contacts and companies from a variety of sources. Utilizing sales tools provided, such as Epicor.
- Research and gather potential prospects using the web, and other social networking sites and forums.
- Follow‐up with leads generated through marketing campaign activities.
- Develop leads into prospects by effectively communicating the EC Solutions value proposition tailored to their needs.
- Qualify and identify prospect’s needs by leveraging key contacts and determining organization's decision making / buying process.
- Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with prospects
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with strategic partners in the field
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objective
- Contact prospects and schedule appointments
- Update our CRM tool (Epicor) with prospect / customer information
- Prepare and present quarterly plan (situation, progress, achievements, etc…)
- Maintain and update CRM system
- Most importantly : close new business
