We are supporting a well-established Montreal based company in its sector, currently undergoing a digital transformation and seeking an IT Business Analyst. If you want to be at the heart of strategic projects and actively contribute to the technological evolution of a dynamic and friendly company, this role is for you!

Your Mission:

In a context of system modernization and process improvement, you will be responsible for analyzing, modeling, and optimizing technological solutions that meet the needs of various departments. You will play a key role in change management and the implementation of new IT tools.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze user needs and propose solutions aligned with the company’s IT vision.
• Participate in the implementation of a new WMS, ensuring interface analysis, process optimization, and impact assessment on operations.
• Collaborate on the modernization or replacement of the existing ERP.
• Support change management by raising awareness and training users on new technological solutions.
• Define IT project priorities and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders to guarantee success.
• Coordinate and document developments in collaboration with IT teams and external partners.
• Optimize internal processes and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis and/or IT project management.
• Expertise in WMS, ERP, and digital transformation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a structured and pedagogical approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various departments (logistics, finance, customer service, etc.).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, facilitating process improvement and strategic decision-making.
• Experience in IT project management, with an adaptive and pragmatic approach.
• Functional bilingualism (fluent French, functional English) to interact with certain suppliers.
