Curriculum Designer and Trainer

Location : Montreal, QC - Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Duration : 12+ months (extendable)

Job Description :

• Prior experience of Enterprise Architecture within the Financial Services sector and supporting project delivery, with an ability to develop and deliver high quality output against project objectives whilst meeting tight deadlines.
• Running forums/committees that represent a platform to get like-minded folks together with relevant topics.
• Experience of senior leadership engagement.

Skills that will help you in the role :

• Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably financial services.
• A detailed understanding of tools, trends, and patterns within the software architecture community.
• A passion for and proven track record of working across organizations to build consensus and drive progress.
• Clear and concise communication across all levels and technical depths to manage senior stakeholders across divisions.
• Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Microsoft Project.
• Client and Vendor Management.
• Professional certifications in software architecture, such as TOGAF or IASA, are a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the field of software architecture.

Skills :

• a. Strong understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices.
• b. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• c. Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and learners from diverse backgrounds.
• d. Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.
