A career as a DevOps Integrator in the Financial Markets team at National Bank means acting as a key pillar in the automation, resilience, and performance of technological solutions. It is through your skills in designing automated infrastructures, your experience in managing CI / CD pipelines in cloud environments, and your deep knowledge of DevOps practices (infrastructure as code, security, containers, observability, etc.) that you will have a positive impact on the efficiency of development teams, the reliability of deployments, and the continuous improvement of technological operations.

Votre job

• Développer et optimiser les pipelines CI / CD d'entreprise pour améliorer la vitesse, la fiabilité et la sécurité des livraisons (GitHub et GitHub Actions);
• Collaborer avec les équipes de développement et d'opérations pour soutenir leurs besoins;
• Intégrer les pratiques DevOps et favoriser une culture d'amélioration continue;
• Mettre en œuvre du contenu réutilisable visant à automatiser le déploiement, la configuration et les infrastructures (Terraform sur AWS);
• Soutenir les pratiques liées à la mise à jour des environnements cloud pour garantir leur disponibilité et leur résilience;
• Contribuer à l'optimisation des coûts d'infrastructure cloud en appliquant les principes FinOps pour une gestion efficace des ressources;
• Former et soutenir les équipes sur les meilleures pratiques DevOps.

Votre équipe

Within the Financial Markets sector, you are part of a large team of 15 people and report to our Senior Director of Cloud / DevOps practices. Our squad of 5 people within this large team stands out for its expertise in the Cloud, the entire SDLC toolset, its DevOps practices, its quality of delivery, and also for its atmosphere and great reputation in the organization. We are the team of experts that everyone wants to join.

We prioritize a variety of continuous learning forms to enrich your development, including learning in action, training, and working in collaboration with your colleagues.

Prérequis

• Bachelor's degree or any diploma related to the position;
• 4 years of experience in software development in Java, Node, or Python languages;
• Good mastery of DevOps practices;
• AWS experience;
• Infrastructure as code experience (Terraform);
• Good mastery of GitHub and GitHub Actions.
