What to Expect:
In this role, you will lead and complete SEM & DSP strategies on Amazon platforms, acquire new customers, and drive sales for Nespresso's Trade digital channel. You will improve performance media efforts across different audience segments and platforms in collaboration with the Performance Media Manager.
A Day in the Life of a Performance Media Specialist:
- Support all prospecting and retargeting initiatives while delivering on monthly sales goals within budget.
- Lead audience segmentation strategies for prospecting and remarketing.
- Define targets and run yearly financial planning for the channel optimization strategy.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels and explore a full funnel approach to Amazon media.
- Collaborate with the Amazon Ads team for insights and planning capabilities using Amazon Marketing Cloud.
- Enhance the SEM coordinated approach to improve conversion.
- Work with internal brand teams, creative, and media agencies for timely delivery of media assets.
- Brief and traffic creative assets to partner agencies for performance campaign launches.
- Manage day-to-day tactical budget allocation in collaboration with agency and partners.
Role Requirements
- Bilingualism in English and French is required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Digital marketing role (SEM, Performance Media, Programmatic, Social, Retargeting, Custom Audiences).
- Full understanding and execution of Amazon PPC products, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in leading external agencies.
- Organized with project management skills to meet deadlines.
- Enjoys teamwork and is flexible in adhering to shifting deadlines.
