Job Description :

Soho Square Solutions is looking for a dynamic Business Development to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with B 2B sales experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Prior experience working with direct BFSI clients is a plus but not mandatory. The role is primarily remote; however, the candidate should be open to traveling when required.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Outreach : Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.

Sales Strategy & Execution : Support sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion.

Market Research : Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new opportunities.

Proposal Development : Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and business proposals.

Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and onboarding processes.

Requirements :

Experience in B2B sales , preferably in IT services, SaaS, or consulting.

Experience working with BFSI clients is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and business events.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
