ResponsibilitiesYour MissionThe incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of products and resources, ensuring that inventory levels remain ideal to meet the company's needs. They will work closely with various stakeholders, including logistics teams, production departments, and suppliers, to ensure a seamless supply chain from planning to final distribution.Regularly analyze data to identify market trends and recommend adjustments to optimize inventory volume and turnover.Develop and update precise inventory and production schedules to align supply with customer demand.Work closely with suppliers, maintaining ongoing negotiations to secure competitive pricing and delivery timelines.Monitor and adjust stock levels, ensuring that the right products are available at the right time and in the right locations.Ensure the reliability and accuracy of planning tools, keeping production data consistently up to date.Maintain clear communication with production teams to track order progress and manage potential scheduling changes.Meet production deadlines and delivery slots, swiftly implementing corrective measures when discrepancies arise.Strengthen relationships with partners and suppliers, fostering long-term collaboration built on mutual trust.Systematically share relevant information with customers and suppliers regarding any changes that could impact production or distribution.Provide analytical support to the supply chain manager by delivering useful data and reports for project execution or specific studies.Communicate forecasts regarding product and component availability, enabling each department to anticipate and adjust priorities accordingly.
