Simply put, we're people peeps!Position OverviewPür & Simple is seeking a dynamic and experienced Local Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Franchise Partners, helping them execute local marketing initiatives, and coordinating media campaigns. Your expertise in media buying, client-facing roles, and creative marketing will directly contribute to the growth and success of our franchise partners and the brand.ResponsibilitiesFranchise Partner Onboarding : Guide and support new Franchise Partners during their onboarding process, providing training on local marketing strategies and tools to ensure they’re set up for success.Store Opening Campaigns : Organize and manage local marketing campaigns for new store openings, ensuring a successful launch that aligns with Pür & Simple’s brand values and goals.Ongoing Franchise Partner Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with Franchise Partners, helping them execute their local marketing annual plan and addressing any specific marketing needs or requests.Campaign Coordination : Work closely with our media agency to develop and manage localized campaigns, ensuring they are effective and tailored to each Franchise Partner’s unique market.Creative Support : Ensure all marketing materials used by Franchise Partners are on-brand and aligned with Pür & Simple’s visual and messaging standards. Provide assistance with adapting or creating materials as needed.Media Buying : Help franchise partners with media buying to ensure effective placements that drive local awareness and traffic to their locations.Marketing Request Assistance : Provide ongoing support for any additional marketing requests, ensuring franchise partners have the tools and resources they need for success.Reporting and Performance Analysis : Track, analyze, and report on the results of local marketing campaigns, offering actionable insights to improve future initiatives and optimize campaign performance.Requirements4 to 6 years of experience in marketing (restaurant industry experience preferred).Proven experience in client-facing roles, with agency experience preferred.Strong background in media buying and campaign management.Proficient in using Canva to customize marketing assets for each location.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Passion for supporting Franchise Partner success and contributing to the growth of a dynamic brand.Solid understanding of performance metrics and reporting to measure campaign success.What We OfferA collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunities to grow with a dynamic and expanding brand.Competitive salary ($65,000 - $80,000) and benefits package.A chance to shape the marketing strategy for a beloved breakfast brand.
