In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, with a focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. This role is critical to our growth strategy as we expand our presence in existing and new markets.Key Responsibilities : Paid Advertising Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to drive traffic, leads, and sales for Bloomex. Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis : Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify the most relevant targeting opportunities that will maximize campaign effectiveness. Ad Copy & Landing Page Optimization : Create compelling ad copy and design optimized landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions. Budget Management : Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing bids and placements to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while staying within budgetary constraints. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization : Continuously monitor campaign performance through in-depth data analysis, utilizing A / B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Performance Reporting : Generate comprehensive reports that clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for further optimization. Trend Analysis & Best Practices : Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising, particularly on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms, ensuring Bloomex remains competitive in the digital landscape.Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Data Analysis, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Attention to detail and precision in working with data and numbers.Strong interest in digital marketing and paid advertising (training provided).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Eagerness to learn and stay updated on digital advertising trends.
